How Do I Get Email Notifications For Patient Orders?

To turn on email notifications when an order is placed, scroll down to the Account Setting section of the Shop Editor tab.

From there, select Email Delivery Option.

Click the 2 to go to the second page of email delivery options. 

Once on page 2, check the box Add BCC receipt to turn on email notifications for patient orders.
