Why Aren’t My Vibrant Credentials Working?

There are two types of credentials, or login types, within the Vibrant portal: Practice and Provider credentials

Your WellProZ shop can only accept Provider Vibrant credentials.

If you receive an error message while trying to link your Vibrant credentials to your Well ProZ shop, you may be using a practice credential.

What is the difference between a practice and a provider Vibrant login? 

  1. The practice login information can be used by multiple providers from one practice.
  2. The provider login information is unique to the provider.

Well ProZ tip: If you are experiencing problems linking your Vibrant credentials to your Well ProZ shop, make sure you are using your provider credentials and not your practice credentials.

If you are still unable to log in, email help@wellproz.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your Well ProZ shop URL
  • Your NPI number
  • Your account number
