Why Can’t I Log Into My Account?

If you'd like to log into your shop as an administrator, ensure you're logging into the Provider Sign-in page.

Well ProZ Tip: Make sure you are on the Provider Sign-in page, not the Patient Sign-in that is accessed from the front of your shop.

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the Provider Sign-in page and follow the prompts to reset your password.
