Why Can’t I See My WholeScripts Supplements in My Shop?

There are a few reasons you might not be able to see the WholeScripts supplements in your Well ProZ shop: 

  1. The first likely reason is you haven't yet completed your WholeScripts application, including the NET30 terms required to sell supplements on your Well ProZ shop.

    Once you've submitted the application, it can take a couple of weeks to get approval and API integration for WholeScripts fulfillment. After everything is approved, supplements will become visible in your shop. 

  2. The second cause might be that you aren't signed into a patient account. WholeScripts requires that patients sign in to view supplements (whether Xymogen brand or others). If you are browsing your Well ProZ shop as a guest, you won't be able to view any supplements in the WholeScripts collection. We recommend creating a patient account on your Well ProZ shop with your personal email so you can sign in and view supplements.
