How Do I Track My Patient's Order?

To track patient orders, first log into your Well ProZ shop as an admin and click the Shop Orders tab on the left navigation menu.

 

From there, locate your patient's order. Use the search bar to search by name or product if necessary. Then click the blue Tracking button to the right of the patient's order.

 

 

A new window will open with the full tracking information shown below.

 

Products are organized by category. If a patient has ordered skin care, labs, and supplements, they will each have their tab on the top left of the screen. 

 

For NutriProZ orders, questionnaires can be accessed or resent on the tracking page by clicking the options below.

 

 

Patients can also access this tracking page from their order confirmation email or by logging in to their patient account on your shop.

Checking Reports From the Tracker

If providers choose to allow patients to view their results, they will see the Check Report button on their tracker when the report becomes available. 

Providers will only be able to check the report's results in WellProz if they enable their patients to see their results. 

Providers will use the Check Report button to log in to the patient's portal to view results.
