How to Checkout for a Patient or Family Member While Signed In

If you (the buyer) would like to checkout for another patient (ex: a family member) using your existing patient account, follow the steps below.

How to Place an Order for a Patient (Family Member)

1. Click Add to Cart

2. Click Proceed to Shopping Cart

3. Click Proceed to Checkout

4. Click Sign in to checkout with your existing account

5. Click here.

6. Enter your login credentials.

7. Click Proceed to Checkout

8. Click "Edit" to change any buyer information.

9. Click "Edit" top change any patient information.

10. Be sure the patient's email is filled out before clicking "Update"

11. Click Place Order to complete the purchase
