Where Can I Find Guest User Information?

To locate all patients who have checked out as a guest and have not created a patient account, click the Patients tab on the left navigation menu.

Select the Guest tab to view guest names, emails, and last activity.

You may also download your guest list by selecting Download Shop Guests located at the top right of the Guest tab.

Select download to download a CSV file of all guests.
