How Can Patients Contact Us?

Patients can contact your practice via the Contact Us page located at the footer of your Well ProZ shop.

After clicking Contact Us, patients are directed to the page shown below. Patients then add their email, and questions, then click SEND NOW. Their message is sent to the email you use to log in to your Well ProZ shop.

Patients do not need to be logged in to their patient account to submit a question. Patients can submit a question without a patient account.
