How Can Patients Track Their Orders?

Patients can track orders within their patient profile on your Well ProZ shop. To do this, patients will first navigate to your Well Proz shop and click Sign In in the top right corner.

They can then sign in with the login credentials they created at the time their order was placed.

Patients can find the Your Orders tab pictured below by hovering over their account email in the top right corner.

After clicking Your Orders, patients can view their past orders and click Track My Order to view current order status and recent shipping updates.
